I was having a pdo thread lift when the provider mentioned I had a small fat pocket on the lower corner of my mouth . She used kybella to remove it . Not to long after ohave this awkward piece of skin . She says it’s not the kybella that it’s volume loss she recommended sculptra. I did 4 vials with no improvement
